Order Processing
Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.
Tracking Guide: After receiving the confirmation email, within 24 hours you will receive another email with the tracking code for your order.
Shipping Methods and Times
Domestic Shipping (Mexico):
Standard: 5-7 business days.
Express: 2-3 business days.
International Shipping:
Standard: 15-30 business days, depending on the destination.
Express: 5-10 business days, depending on the destination.
Note: Shipping times may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, customs, and other unforeseen delays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and are based on the weight of the package and the destination location.
For international shipments, costs vary and will be displayed at checkout.
Customs and Duties Policies

Ofelia y Antelmo is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.
Delivery Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for undelivered shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you wish to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.
